Honey it takes alot of gutts and will power to rise above your social conditioning and find your true identity. I wish I could tell you it's easy, but easy is rare in life unless short lived. But it's bot impossible. Nothing is impossible. If u believe in yourself enough, nothing can break you, even if you feel broken a million times, have a little faith, and you'll find that u still do have a bit of strenght left after all and that u can and do stand. I think u've experianced this already. Otherwise you wouldn't be here today freely speaking your mind. Maybe u're trapped now, but you will get your chance, till that time comes, be strong and don't let anyone break you. Remember, no one can take away from you that which is your essence, if they can take it away then it would have left you anyway, your essence, your true heart, no one can take that away from u.
