I Can't Hide it Anymore
I know a famous kuwaiti guy!! He's like my best friend, or a brother to me. He's married!! And he told me that I can't tell anyone about us. We're not doing anything wrong, he's just afraid his wife might find out. I like his so much, i know I can't fall for him, I DON'T WANT TO. It's just that I can't hide it anymore, it's been more than 3 years, and i've got to tell somebody.

Well, first you need to be real with yourself, you do have feelings for him, but none of you is daring enough to act upon them.
This is so wrong, I mean if it is OK why would you both hide it?
You have to make a decission:
1- Admit your love for him knowing it's wrong.
2- Drop him like a hot skillet because both of you are heading towards the cliff.

It is very hard to admit how you really feel to yourself in the first place. I am in the same position tara, and whenever I come that close to admitting it, I get doubts and start thinking that I'm just imagining things. Please, please, please try and be true to yourself to protect yourself from the slaps that may come ahead.
You know that relationships evolve with time; wel all know that. 3ala el aqal don't keep it as a secret, because hiding it will make the two of you consider the chance of you being more than friends. It happens subconsciously - with a rough use of the term (but I'm sure you know what I mean).
If his wife doesn't approve of his friendships with other females, then you both have to respect that.
I am not saying that he should succumb to what he thinks is faulty, but he shouldn't hide such things from her. He can confront her and explain everything to her, bas don't keep it a secret.
What I am trying to say is this:
The way you deal with the situation influences the way you view it, and the way you view it influences the way you deal with it in turn. Break the cycle, and you're free of the whirlwind.

There is nothing wrong with knowing people! Bil3aks the more people you know the better off you are when it comes to finding someone who would know how to help you out! As for your feelings, it seems like you like the guy but you are heading in the right direction when you said that you don't want to fall for him!
Time does have an influence on love and issues of the heart, so be careful. I don't want you to drop him as a friend but I don't want you to get hurt!

I really understand what your talking about A friend with opposite sex i have the same problem no one will undrestand this relationship in my case i wont hide it coze she is the only person who perfectly knows me and she never judged me .
there's nothing u can do.. he's married, if u really like him and want whats best for him and really r his friend then u'd learn 2 stay away.. its what s best for the both of u.. good luck anyways :)
Interesting how men and women want to formulate friendships but like in your case when the man is married, he doesn't want his wife to know.
If the friendship were open and mutual, would the possibility of attraction to each other be more or less?
I think many men do this in Kuwait; I think they enjoy female friendships but the nature of the society and the customs prevent these kinds of friendships from being looked at as normal and lust-free.
