In USA you register a parking permit and you hang it on ur rearview mirror ..welli feeh khair ya9fe6 without it. A ticket 3ala 6ool! ...o another thing ..the university would have 3 or 4 parking lots all around the University. Wtf! They guy wouldn't even talk to me, and more than half of that damn parking lot was EMPTY and outside its cars everywhere! Let them pay for it! You have all the right to go in and park wherever you want to on campus unless it was designated parking for other people such as faculty! I used to walk 45 minutes in -20c weather and it would be snowing .. :P<BR/><BR/>Although, Kuwait (3amatan) has a huge issue with providing sufficient parking.
