about al kout mall it's been designed by one of the best middle eastren architects his name is Rasem Badran he's Jordanian.
i agree with you .. it's a wonderfull place great design and landscaping..and i agree with you more about the 3aqad issue.
the first time i went there i so 4 guys entering the malls wearing deshdasha and qahfeya only ... with no ghutra ..
